Ahead Academy empowers Black girls with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to achieve economic mobility through hair.

Grounded in empowerment, entrepreneurship, and self-expression, we create a space where girls celebrate their identity, build confidence, and shape their futures. Through hands-on hair care, business education, and leadership development, we equip them to thrive.

In this 6-week program, youth learn the braiding, empowerment, and leadership.

In this 6-week program, youth learn the basics of caring for natural hair and fall in love with their natural hair.
03.
In this 8-week program, youth 15-18 learn the basics of braiding, career development, and leadership building.
